Most women are conscious of the fact that the first thing that most people observe first if our face. So it may interest you to get involved in a skin care routine that could prevent premature aging of the face and skin.
There are 5 main causes for aging.
1. Attitude and Outlook
Our mind and daily thoughts can drastically affect the way we look and feel. the happier we are the younger our face looks. Our face has less lines and wrinkles because our muscles are in a relaxed position. Depression and negative thoughts accelerates aging because perpetual anger and distress can form fine lines and deep wrinkles. When the face expresses chronic sad or angry emotions, the constant scowling can turn into wrinkles formed by muscle memory.
CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY TODAY !!!!!!
2.Smoking and Drinking
Such habits lead to all kinds of health problems and deplete our bodies of vital nutrients. These substances rob the face of hydration, collagen, elastasin and oxygen - all of the mechanics in place to make the face appear youthful and healthy, causing the face to age prematurely.
BE TOBACCO FREE !!!!
3.Weather and Temperature
We can easily accelerate our aging process by basking in the sun’s rays. Sun damage is the number one cause of wrinkles and skin that has been permanently damaged. Age spots and other forms of discoloration can be seriously exacerbated by the sun’s harmful UV rays. Harmful UV rays can cause our skin to severely wrinkle and cause it to feel thick, tough and leathery. All you need is to spend is twenty minutes in the sun to benefit from vitamin D absorption. Longer exposure to the sun negates the the benefits from absorbing necessary Vitamin D by causing UV damage.
LIGHTLY TOAST DON'T ROAST !!!!
Excessive exposure to the cold creates the opposite effect. Cold causes the skin to become thin and to cause premature wrinkling. Harsh chemical treatments also causes the skin to become thin and to wrinkle because it is stripped of its natural oils and so aging occurs. Using a moisturize 2 to three times a day can help fight off dry skin caused by the sun, cold and harsh treatments.

4.
Diet and Exercise
Our choice of diet can drastically affect the way our skin ages. Foods high in sugar, white flour, excessive dairy and processed foods and a diet low in fresh fruit and veggies causes excessive inflammation to build up in our gut causing an unhealthy culture of bacteria in the gut that produces inflammation. This inflammation is harmful to internal organs and cause them to work harder and age faster. When the body has to defend itself against this build up of inflammation there are less natural antibodies in the system to protect the body externally. Thus skin ageing occurs.
Processed foods are also dangerous to healthy skin because the body cannot process preservatives efficiently and put these nutrients to good use so they are stored as fat that causes the body to work even harder. Replacing a sugary, fried and fatty diet with one rich in fresh, natural nutrients like fruit and veggies can promote a youthful glow to the skin. A diet rich in antioxidants and natural nutrients can offset the affect of aging skin. op for foods like blueberries, strawberries, curly kale, spinach and beans.
PACK IT DON'T MAC IT.
5. Body Weight
Being too thin or too heavy can add to the aging process. Being underweight reduces the natural fats in the facial structure which allows the skin to sag and adds to the appearance of wrinkles.
